Schepi

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Schepi (the "Service"), operated as a sole proprietorship by Arvin Tay ("Schepi", "we", or "us"), based in Singapore. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Schepi is a personal scheduling tool that uses AI to generate suggested daily schedules from your anchors, routines, preferences, and (optionally) your connected Google Calendar. Schepi is provided as a software-as-a-service application accessible at schepi.app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Subscriptions and billing

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because Schepi gives you access immediately, by subscribing you expressly request that we start providing the Service right away and you acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once access begins. Where the law still entitles you to a refund, we will honour it.

6. Free trials

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We will email you before the first charge.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you put into Schepi (schedules, anchors, routines, goals, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorise Schepi to read events from your primary calendar using the calendar.readonly scope. Schepi never writes to or modifies your calendar. You can revoke access at any time from Settings or from your Google account permissions page.

9. AI-generated output

Schepi uses third-party large language models to generate schedule suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing suggestions before relying on them. Schepi is not a medical, legal, financial, or professional advisory service.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, after notice where practical. On termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEPI'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR SGD 100 IF GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Schepi harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Singapore, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
